Training Both Ends of the Leash

Delilah needs a home!

She actually isn't a dog, but we love all animals at Both Ends of the Leash! Delilah is female domestic short hair cat. She is estimated to be 1-2 years old and she was found with her litter of three kittens when they were all dumped in a church parking lot this summer. Delilah has beautiful seal point markings and is FELV/FIV negative. She has been dewormed and will be vaccinated and spayed within the next few weeks. Delilah will need a very patient home. She has clearly been an indoor pet before as she does not destroy things by scratching and she uses the litter box perfectly (also she was clean and healthy when found right after she was dumped); however she is incredibly shy. She tries to hide whenever possible and she may panic if she is trapped or cornered. She is currently in a foster home and she does enjoy coming out from her hiding places to look out the window when she thinks it is safe to do so. If you wouldn't mind living with a beautiful young cat who needs time, patience and love to help her come out of her shell this may be the girl for you! We are not responsible for the temperament of the dogs listed and we urge people to seek professional help if they are unsure if a particular dog is right for their family. Most rescues have a thorough screening process and Both Ends of the Leash supports screening for adopters, however we are not responsible for the decisions made by rescue organizations.
